Tampa Restaurants Make OpenTable’s 2023 Top 100 List

OpenTable has ranked two Tampa restaurants as part of its Top 100 Restaurants of 2023 list: Lilac and Bern’s Steak House.
The recently opened Mediterranean-inspired concept, Lilac, on the ground floor of the Tampa Edition, offers a contemporary menu using Florida-focused ingredients and French techniques. Lilac earned one of Tampa’s first Michelin stars in May, alongside other Tampa restaurants, Rocca and Koya.
South Tampa’s Bern's Steak House, which Forbes magazine has also ranked as one of the world's best steakhouses, also made OpenTable’s 2023 list.
The list features four Florida restaurants that earned their first Michelin stars, including Latitudes Key West, Palm Beach's Buccan, Llama Restaurant and Tallahassee's Savour.

According to OpenTable, the online restaurant reservation service uses data such as diner ratings, advance reservation percentages and five-star reviews to create its annual "best restaurants" list.
