French Pastry Shop 'Le Macaron' to Open Soon in St. Pete

Le Macaron, a French pastry shop brand, will soon occupy the former location of The Juice Shack on Central Avenue in downtown St. Pete. Le Macaron's grand opening has not been announced at the time of this writing.
French gelato, traditional pastries, high-end chocolates, candies created by hand and hand-crafted European coffees are all available at Le Macaron. Belgian chocolate, Colombian coffee, bubble gum, mango jam, lavender white chocolate and Madagascar black vanilla are just a few of the seasonal tastes available. Caterers can also order custom macaron towers, gift boxes, party favors and corporate gifts.
The Le Macaron brand, which Rosalie Guillem and her daughter Audrey Saba started in 2009, is now a certified bakery franchise with locations across the U.S. and Philippines.
