Hunger + Thirst Restaurant (HTG) Group's latest establishment, Concrete Jungle, has officially opened its doors on Central Avenue in St. Pete. This restaurant draws inspiration from the landscapes of Tulum and the Yucatán Peninsula.

Executive Chef Jason Gordon has selected the menu, which features a variety of lighter and healthier options. These include dishes such as jackfruit flautas, charred watermelon, wood-fired fish of the day and creations inspired by the flavors of Tulum and the Yucatán Peninsula.

With a seating capacity for indoor and outdoor dining, the restaurant accommodates up to 150 guests. The main floor will boast a stylish bar, while downstairs, patrons can experience another bar and lounge area. This lower level, where Iberian Rooster previously hosted open mic nights and similar events, holds an inviting ambiance for social gatherings.

The Concrete Jungle project has been under development for nearly two years, during which the HTG group has made significant enhancements to enhance the beloved venue. Those who used to visit Iberian Rooster will be delighted to know that Schrutt's improvements now feature the addition of downstairs bathrooms, eliminating the need to climb the stairs every time.

Concrete Jungle is the latest addition to the HTG concept portfolio, which already features popular hotspots such as The Avenue, Park & Rec, No Vacancy, Good Fortune, Lost & Found, Dirty Laundry and the newly launched Summer Camp bar.
